How to pay a postpaid electricity bill with RavaPay

Open the RavaPay electricity payment page and select the DISCO that supplies the account.

Choose Postpaid as the account type.

Enter the meter or account identifier requested for that DISCO.

Verify the account and confirm that the returned customer information matches the intended bill.

Enter the payment amount, review the transaction and complete payment using an available payment method.

Wait for the transaction to reach its final status and keep the payment confirmation or reference.
Will a postpaid payment generate an electricity token?
Normally, no. A prepaid token is associated with prepaid vending. A postpaid payment is applied to the verified electricity account or bill, so the expected result is a successful payment confirmation rather than a prepaid token.
Check the account details before payment
Review the customer details returned during verification. If they do not match the account you intend to pay, stop and correct the DISCO or account information before continuing.
What if a postpaid payment is still pending?
Do not immediately repeat the same payment. Check the original transaction status first and use its reference when following up. A second payment can create an additional bill payment if the first transaction later completes successfully.
